Join yoga and meditation instructor Erin Ward for a 2 hour workshop dedicated to yogic alchemy. We will use the yoga asana practice, pranayama (breath work), and meditation to create an internal shift.

Perfect for stepping out of winter and into the spring, this workshop will aim to take students from the weight of the cold season into a place of excitement for all that is coming.

Sweat, breathe, and receive. The experience will end with healing aromatherapy and pressure point massage head massage.

What better way to learn how to strut like The Queen from no other than one of her own? Right off the heels from Beyonce's Formation World Tour,  dancer/artist Tajana Williams will be breaking down choreography so you can walk out feeling like you just slayed the Grammy's (but really, though).

She'll be breaking down the basics of moving in heels from walking, to hair whips and body rolls - all while learning a full choreographed routine.

Not to mention, we're kicking off this experience with a little wine to set the ultimate vibes. Don't forget to bring your heels - sneakers are welcomed, too!
